In the mid-eighties, he began his career in Split. With his notable work in the field of design and visual communications, he acquired the status of an independent artist at HZSU and membership in ULUPUH.

In the early 1990s, he worked as a creative director and graphic editor in PROFIL, a magazine for the pre-civil era (a contribution to the weekly Nedjeljna Dalmacija). He is one of the organizers of the First Market Communications Festival PROMO 92 in Supetar on the island of Brač.

He founded Studio Resner & Resner and achieved remarkable results in design, branding and promotion for clients from Dalmatia.

At the invitation of the BBDO Zagreb agency, he came to Zagreb in 1997 as a creative director, where he gained rich international experience in branding and advertising, which he later applied in his post-agency career as one of the pioneers in destination branding. He cooperates with the agencies BBDO, 2AM FCB, and for the last fifteen years with the agency MPR+, with whom he works on the branding of the city of Karlovac and Karlovac County, for which he also designs complete visual identities, slogans and events such as Star Summer.

He works for the Croatian National Theater in Split as the creative director and author of the visual identity posters for the Marulić Days and Split Summer events from 2015 to 2019 and leaves a deep mark on the visual communication of theater culture in that city. For the theater season 2022 / 23, he designed posters for the Croatian National Theater in Zagreb.

He is the author of many brands, slogans, visual identities, advertising campaigns, radio and video spots, creative workshops and lectures on destination branding and the role of the creative industry in everyday life.
